PLAINLY EXPLAINED
Privacy & sharing
Updated 22 October 2026.
Your recipes and greetings
Recipe links are free to share. Personal greeting text is carried in the link’s fragment, not saved in an application database. Anyone with that link can read it, so use it for ordinary greetings rather than sensitive information. Link sharing does not grant permission to republish the recipes.
Things this browser remembers
Your measurement preference and saved recipe numbers may be stored in this browser. Saving a recipe does not save its greeting, names or message. Saved recipes belong to this browser and site address; they do not sync to other devices and are removed when you clear this site’s data. Saving is a reference to the recipe, not an offline download. Kitchen-view step ticks last only until the page is reloaded or another recipe opens. Your custom-studio image stays in the browser unless you download and share the resulting sample yourself.
Updates and enquiries
No email signup takes place simply by using the recipes, sending a card or copying an enquiry. If a hosted signup or enquiry service is connected, its link will take you to that provider, where you can review what you submit. An email enquiry opens your own email app and is not sent until you send it.
Optional visitor analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure visits, pages viewed and traffic sources such as Instagram, search engines and other websites. Analytics stays off until you choose Allow analytics. You can decline or withdraw permission using Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. Reports can include approximate location and device information. We send the page path and referring website, plus recognized campaign sources and media. We exclude greeting messages, names, form contents, URL fragments and other query parameters. Advertising features and automatic form, search and outbound-link measurement are disabled.
Your analytics choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days and may be renewed when you visit. Declining removes this site's Google Analytics cookies. Browser privacy settings and blockers can prevent measurement, so reports do not count every visitor.
Google processes analytics data under its own policies. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. The website host may separately process normal network information such as IP addresses to deliver the site.
External purchases
Amazon, payment providers and any connected subscription service have their own checkout, privacy and customer-service terms. This site does not collect card details. Equipment links are paid links and are labeled beside the links. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Following an Amazon link takes you to Amazon, where its privacy and purchase terms apply.
Digital extras
The practice journal sample is free to download. The full personal-use edition is separate from the two books. Its personal-use terms do not permit resale, redistribution or team copying. Planned services are marked and are not currently available for purchase.
