Baileys Espresso Martini

Ingredients

• 50 ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
• 25 ml Espresso, cooled
• 25 ml Vodka
• For shaking Ice
• 3, for garnish Coffee beans

Make it

1. Brew 25 ml espresso using an espresso machine or compatible espresso capsules; measure the finished coffee. Cool it in an open heat-safe vessel before mixing.
2. Put ice in a cocktail shaker and measure in the three liquids.
3. Shake vigorously until the shaker feels cold.
4. Strain into a chilled martini glass and finish with the coffee beans.

Equipment: Cocktail shaker, strainer, measure and martini glass. Espresso machine or compatible capsule machine, and heat-safe measuring jug.
