Baileys Vietnamese Iced Coffee
An Irish-cream variation on sweet iced coffee with condensed milk.
For adults of legal drinking age.
Ingredients
- 8 US fl oz (about 237 ml) Brewed coffee, chilled
- 1½ US fl oz (about 44 ml) Baileys Original Irish Cream
- 1 US fl oz (about 30 ml) Sweetened condensed milk
- To fill the glass Ice
Make it
- Brew coffee using your brewer’s usual recipe; measure 237 ml finished coffee and chill it before assembling. Choose a glass of at least 450–500 ml so the 311 ml liquids and ice fit with headroom.
- Spoon the condensed milk into a large glass and add ice.
- Gently pour the chilled coffee over the ice.
- Add the Irish cream, then stir before drinking to combine the sweet layer at the bottom.
Equipment: Coffee brewer, measure, spoon and large glass.

A Baileys variation, not a claim that the traditional Vietnamese drink contains Irish cream. The already-brewed coffee is poured directly over the ice.
