YOUR CUP, STEP BY STEP
Keep this recipe in this browser. No account needed; internet is still required.
These are the Handbook’s starting recipes. Use the written quantities, choose a portion that fits your vessel, and follow your equipment instructions.
On R01–R25, milk in ml means the approximate finished milk-and-foam portion delivered to the cup, unless stated otherwise. Home hot-drink milk is measured cold before heating. A course double starts at 18 g dry coffee and 36 g beverage; time from pump activation, including pre-infusion. Grams and ml are not interchangeable. Use the lower end of ranges for a smaller vessel; do not combine every maximum in the smallest cup.
These are training starting points, not claims of physical validation. Recipe temperatures do not establish food safety or shelf life. Check the actual ingredient labels and preparation cross-contact controls, including substitutions.
Images are AI-generated illustrations. Use the written quantities; appearance does not establish exact quantity, temperature, safety or taste.
Someone else could use a coffee, too.
